An aeroplane departures from Bengaluru at 23:50 and reaches Chennai at 00:40.convert these times into 12 hour clock format.also find the firstdur of the flight.

The 24hours can be converted
into 12 hours
1) if the time is betwwen 12 am and 12 pm ,then time is same in both clock and it wiil be in 'am '.
Also 00 hour in 24 hour denotes 12 am .

2)if it is above 12 pm ,we subtract 12 hours from it

Given aeroplane start at
= 23:50 in 24 hour
So in 12 hour clock
= 23:50-12= 11:50pm
It reaches at 00:40 ,it denote

Now duration since it start at 11:50 ,and reach at 12:40 am

So it take 50 min to reach to its destination(10min to 12 am +40min to 12 :40am)
