The correct option is A minors
Section 26 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 states that an agreement in restraint of marriage is void, whether partial or absolute. But it also provides an exception to the contract on marriage of minors. This is because marrying minor itself is against public policy. So, an agreement not allowing them to restrain from marriage will also be against public policy.
