The correct option is C 480 μC
Before the dielectric is inserted, charge on capacitor is given by Q=CVQ=10×12=120μ C

After the dielectric is inserted with battery connected, new charge, Q=KCVQ=5×120=600 μC

The additional charge that flows to the capacitor
=QQ
=600120
=480 μC
