The correct option is D $150 m s^{- 1}$
Considering motion from $C t o A$ ,
We get $A C = O C tan 15^{\circ} = 2800 \times 0.2679 = 750.12 m$
Speed, $v = \frac{750.12}{\frac{10}{2}} = 150.02 m / s$ ( $∵$ time to go from A to C is $\frac{10}{2}$ secs)
