Basic runway length = 2500 m
As per ICAO, basic runway length should be increased at the rate of 7% per 300 m rise in elevation

Correction for elevation = $\frac{0.07}{300}\times 500\times 2500=291.67m$

Runway length corrected to elevation = $2500+291.67=2791.67m$

As per ICAO, runway length corrected to elevation should be increased at the rate of 1% per $1^{o}C$ rise in airport reference temperature above Standard atmosphereic temperature.

Standard atmospheric temperature

$=15-\left(0.0065h\right)=15-0.0065\times 500={11.75}^{o}C$
