The total weight of alloy is $\frac{7}{2}+\frac{11}{4}=\frac{25}{4}g$

The Fraction of Copper is $\frac{\frac{7}{2}}{\frac{25}{4}}=\frac{14}{25}$

The Fraction of Tin is $\frac{\frac{11}{4}}{\frac{25}{4}}=\frac{11}{25}$

The Ratio is given by $\frac{14}{25}:\frac{11}{25}=14:11$
