So, In $3.6 k g$ of alloy the weight of copper = $65 %$ of $3600 g r a m$ [ $1 k g = 1000 g r a m$ ]
So, $3600 \times \frac{65}{100} =$ $2340 g r a m$ or $2.34 k g$ [ $1 k g = 1000 g r a m$ ]
Hence, the weight of zinc is $3.6 k g - 2.34 k g = 1.26 k g$
Therefore, $1.26 k g$ zinc is present in $3.6 k g$ of alloy.
