In air weight of block is
V1ρ1g+V2ρ2g=0.2kg
V1= Volume of gold .
V2= Volume of copper .
In water appareng weight is
V1(ρ1ρ)g+V2(ρ2ρ)g=0.188.
Solving both equations
V1=9×103
amount of gold=V1ρ1=9×103×19.3×103
=0.173kg.
