The correct option is A 15 Ω
Initially, S=igIigG
30=igIig×30I=2ig
When range is doubled i.e I=2I=4ig
Now shunt required is: S=igIigG=ig4igig×30=10Ω
As shunt is connected in parallel to galvanometer, if additional shunt x then
30||x=10 or 30x30+x=10
30+x=3xx=15Ω
