Then its complementary angle = ${90}^{\circ }-x$
$\therefore x+{14}^{\circ }={90}^{\circ }-xx+x={90}^{\circ }-{14}^{\circ }\Rightarrow 2x={76}^{\circ }\Rightarrow x=\frac{{76}^{\circ }}{2}={38}^{\circ }$
$\therefore$ Required angle = ${38}^{\circ }$
