Step 1: Fix the starting point of ant i.e. A.

Fix the finishing point of ant i.e. A itself.

Distance = Path length = AB + BA = 5 + 5 = 10 m

Displacement = Shortest distance between starting and finishing point.

In this case they are same so 0 m.
