(3,3)


The ant moves 3 units east i.e. 3 units to the right of origin on the x- axis, so the co-ordinates become (3, 0). Now, it moves 3 units north i.e. 3 units above origin in the y-axis direction and the coordinates become (3, 3). Thus, she reaches the food and hence the location of the food in Cartesian plane would be (3, 3).
