Range is there so the arrow was projected at some angle, let it is θ
then time of flight T=2uSinθg=5
and range R=u22SinθCosθg=200
we get RT=2005=uCosθ1 or uCosθ=40m/s
putting it in the expression of R we get 2uSinθg=20040=5 or usinθ=25m/s
so max height will be H=(uSinθ)22g=62520=31.25meter
