cost with GST included$=Rs.1239$

cost with out $GST=Rs.x$

$GSt=18\%$

if we take this into equation$:-$

$x+\left(\left(\frac{18}{100}\right)\times x\right)=1239$

cost before GST$+$GSt=cost with GST

$x+\left(\frac{9x}{50}\right)=1239$

$\left(\frac{50x+9x}{50}\right)=1239$

$\frac{59x}{50}=1239$

$59x=1239\times 50$

$59x=61950$

$x=\frac{61950}{59}$

$x=1050$

Price before $GST=Rs.1050$
