Let the Price without the 10% charge be ₹ $x$

As per problem,

$x$ + $\frac{10}{100}\times x$ = ₹ 22,00,000

$\Rightarrow \frac{110x}{100}$ = ₹ 22,00,000

$\Rightarrow x$ = $\frac{2200000\times 100}{110}$ = ₹ 20,00,000

$\therefore$ Amount paid to the Auctioneer = ₹ 22,00,000 - ₹ 20,00,000 = ₹ 2,00,000
