Given,
Power, $p = 250 w$
Voltage, $v = 230 v$

i) Energy, $E = p \times t$
Time, $t = 1 \times 60 \times 66 = 3600 s e c$
As energy, $E = 250 \times 3600 = 9 \times 10^{5} J$

ii) $1000 w h = 250 \times t$
Time, $t = \frac{1000}{250} = 4 h o u r s$
If it contains 1 kwh of energy then it requires 4 hours.
