The correct option is D $30 W$
Electric Power: $P = \frac{V^{2}}{R}$
$P$ is directly proportional to square of Voltage for a given resistance.
For $V_{1} = 220 V, P_{1} = 120 W$ (Given)
For $V_{2} = 110 V, P_{2} = ?$
Since $V_{2}$ is half of $V_{1}, P_{2}$ will be one fourth of $P_{1}$ .
i.e. $\frac{120}{4} = 30 W$ .
