The correct option is A 800 Hz
Doppler formula = $f (\frac{v - v_{r}}{v - v_{s}})$

Here Doppler Effect is applicable when the source and receiver speeds are lower than velocity of sound But source sound is higher in this case So Dopler Effect is not valid
