Voltage difference $V = 250 V .$
Rate per unit $r = ₹ 2.5 p e r k W - h .$
time $t = 60 h o u r s .$
Step 2- To find out the energy consumed-
The formula for the current in the circuit is $H = P \times t$
$\Rightarrow H = P \times t \Rightarrow H = (1500) \times 60 W - h . \Rightarrow H = \frac{(1500) \times 60}{1000} = 90 k W - h .$
Thus, the energy consumed in $60 h o u r s$ is $90 k W - h .$
