$\because \in =\frac{{\in }_x+{\in }_y}{2}+\frac{{\in }_x-{\in }_y}{2}\cos 2\theta +\frac{{\varphi }_{xy}}{2}\sin 2\theta$

$\because \theta =45{}^{\circ }$

$\therefore {\in }_{45{}^{\circ }}=500=\frac{-400+800}{2}+0+\frac{{\varphi }_{xy}}{2}$

$\Rightarrow {\varphi }_{xy}=600$
