An electrolytic cell consists of:
(i) Positively charged cathode
(ii) Positively charged anode
(iii) Negatively charged anode
(iv) Negatively charged cathode
The three primary components of electrolytic cells are:
(a) Cathode which is negatively charged for electrolytic cells.
(b) Anode which is positively charged for electrolytic cells.
(c) Electrolyte.
