An electron beam enters a magnetic field at right angles to it as shown in the figure.

The direction of force acting on the electron beam will be :

The direction of force acting on the electron is into the page. The direction of force is perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and the current as given by Fleming's left-hand rule. Here, magnetic field is towards the right and direction of current is upwards (opposite to the flow of electron).
