An element consist of 15 protons and 16 neutrons. Mention the number of electrons, atomic number and mass number of this element.

For a neutral element number of protons is equals to the number of electrons.
So, the number of electrons = 15
The atomic number of the element is the number of protons.
So, the atomic number will be 15.
Mass number = Total protons + total neutrons
Mass number = 15 + 16 = 31
