Solution

The correct option is A 800 glasses of water.
In a day, the quantity of water drank by an elephant =200 L

We know,
1 L=100 cL
200 L=200×100 cL

Capacity of a glass =25 cL

Number of glasses of water drank by the elephant
=Total amount of water drank in a dayCapacity of a glass

=200×100 cL25 cL

=25×8×100 cL25 cL
(cancelling 25 from numbertor and denominator)
