$\frac{T-[\frac{m}{L}=(L-u)g+m]\times g}{[M+\frac{m}{L}(L-u)]}=\frac{T}{M+\frac{m}{L}(L-u)}-g$

$=\frac{T}{M+m-\frac{mu}{L}}-g$
