An empty balloon weighs W1. If air of weight W is pumped into the balloon, the weight of the balloon becomes W2. Suppose that the density of the air inside and outside the balloon is same, then:

Solution
The correct option is CW2=W1 When the balloon is empty, it displaces negligible air. But when air of weight W is pumped into the balloon, it displaces same amount (W) of air, due to which buoyant force also act of the same amount W. So it will again weigh the same. i.e. W2=W1
