From Doppler's Effect:
fheard=femitted(vo+vreceivervovemitter).

The direction of sound is taken as positive and opposite is taken to be negative.

Initially let there be a stationary receiver at the wall:
f1=f0(vovo50)Hz

After reflection let there be stationary source at the wall:
f2=f1(vo+50v0)=f0(vo+50vo50)

On solving, final sound frequency =1.6kHz
