The correct option is A Rs. 29
Given, income on the first day = Rs 1
Again, income on the 2nd day = Rs 1 x 2 = Rs 21
Now, income on the third day = Rs 2 X Rs 21 = Rs 22 and so on.
Therefore, income on the nth day = Rs 2n1
So, income on 10th day = Rs 29
Hence, option (A) is the correct answer.
