A current is induced in a coil when magnetic flux linked with the coil is changed . In all the three conditions given in the question magnetic flux linked with coil is changing therefore induced current will be produced in coil.It does not matter that magnet is coming toward or going away from coil with constant speed or increasing speed ,the flux will change in all three conditions.
