height of ice cream cone = $10 c m$
volume of cone = $\frac{1}{3} π r^{2} h$
= $\frac{1}{3} \times 3.14 \times (2)^{2} \times 10 c m^{3}$
Volume of cone = $\frac{40 \times 3.14}{3} c m^{3} = 41.87 c m^{3}$
