The correct answer is option(A).
For an ideal gas, PV=nRT.
In this rule either the system should be endothermic or exothermic mean either heat is absorbed or heat is being released by the closed system. So temperature will decrease if the pressure decrease in the closed exothermic reaction because temperature decrease only heat is released from the system.
Hence work done is zero.
