The correct option is D Triangle

The object AB is lying on the principal axis. Since the object is infinitely long, the rays coming from the point Awill go through the focal point (F) of the concave mirror after reflection. As the thickness of the bar is very small, we can consider that the point B coincides with the point C. Therefore the rays coming from the point B will make an inverted image on the center of the mirror.

Hence the final image will look like a triangle.

So, option (C) is correct.
