$\omega =2\pi f$

$\omega =\left(\frac{7}{100}\right)\times 2\times \left(\frac{22}{7}\right)rad/s$

$=0.44rad/s$

$R=12cm=0.12m$

$v=\omega R$

$=0.44\times 0.12$

$=0.0528m/s$

$=5.28cm/s$
