. An investor wanted to invest Rs. 20,000 in Treasury Bills for a period of 91 days. When he approached the RBI for this purpose, he came to know that it was not possible. Identify the reason why the investor could not invest in the Treasury bill.

Treasury Bills are instruments which are issued by the central bank on behalf of the government to arrange funds for the government, they are issued in the multiples of 25,000 and in the given condition investor want to invest 20,000 only so he/she can not invest in the Treasury bills.
