The correct option is B -1.06%
$E_{100} = 5268 μ V$
$E_{300} = 16325 μ V$

By the linear relationship

$E_{100} must be = \frac{E_{300}}{3}$
$∴ E_{100} = \frac{16325}{3} = 5441.66 μ V$
