In the process of recasting, the volume will remain constant.

Let's assume x such hemispherical balls will be formed.

Let R be the radius of spherical ball and r be the radius of each hemisphere.
Then, R = 21 cm and r = 7 cm.

Volume of sphere=43πR3
Volume of a hemisphere=23πr3

43×π×R3=x×23×π×r3

43 × π × 213=x× 23 × π × 73

2×213=x×73

x=2×21×21×217×7×7
