An NGO took a loan of ₹ 50,000 from a bank to build an orphanage. The NGO returned ₹ 60,000 to the bank after 12 months. Find the extra money paid and the monthly installment amount.

Loan amount = ₹ 50,000
Amount returned to bank = ₹ 60,000
Extra money paid = ₹ 60,000 - ₹ 50,000
= ₹ 10,000
Monthly installment amount = ₹ 60,000/12
= ₹ 5,000
