u=-30 cm

h_o=4 cm

by mirror formula

1/v+1/u=1/f

1/v=1/f-1/u

1/v=-1/15+1/30

1/v=-1/30

v=-30 cm

hence the object in front of the mirror i.e. real and inverted

m=-v/u

m=30/-30=-1

Therefore, height of the image is equal to that of the object.
