An object has uniformly accelerated motion. The object always slows down before time, when its velocity becomes zero. Prove the above statement graphically when
(i) both 'v' and 'a' are positive
(ii) 'u' is negative and 'a' is positive
(iii) 'u' is positive and 'v' is negative
(iv) both 'u' and 'v' are negative

since object slows down body is deaccn . hence the direction of initial velocity and accn is opposite .hence take a as positive u as -ve both must be in opposite direction you can take any of them as + and then another one as -ve ..Regards
