The correct option is B +15 cm, Real and Inverted
Given:
Object Distance, u=30 cm
The focal length of the lens, f=10 cm
Focal length is positive for convex lens.

Using Len's formula,
1v1u=1f
1v+130=110
1v=110130
v=+15 cm

So, the distance of the image from the lens is 15 cm. Since, the object is placed beyond the focus, nature of the image is real and inverted.
