Between f and C


The object OC is placed at C. Image O'C' formed by the plane mirror of the object will lie on the left side of the object OC, i.e., further away from the concave mirror.

The new object O'C' will be beyond C.

The image formed by the concave mirror for an object placed beyond C will be between f and C as O'C' is beyond C. This is depicted in the ray diagram shown.
