Solution

The correct option is C Either A or B
A red glass transmits only red coloured light and absorbs light of all other colours.
So, the object, which appears red when seen through a red glass, reflects red light. The object, then either reflects only red light, or reflects red light among other colours.
The object may be red originally. Then it will reflect red colour which will be transmitted through the red glass and the object will appear red.
Or, the object may be white originally. Then it will reflect all seven colours, out of which, only red will be transmitted through the red glass. The object will appear red.
So, the object will be either red or white.
