The correct option is C 65 m
Looking at the diagram it is clear that, each unit marked represents $5 m$ of path length. Distance is the actual length travelled by the object.
From A to C the distance is $45 m$ and again from C to B we have, 4 segments of $5 m$ each i.e. $20 m$ .
So total distance is $45 m + 20 m = 65 m$
