The correct option is C 70ms1
Displacement in first 2 s, s1=20 m
Displacement in first 6 s, s2=20+160=180 m

Note that
s1=5×22
s2=5×62

It can be concluded that s=5 t2.......(i)
st2Acceleration is constant

From second equation of motion for uniformly accelerated motion,
s=ut+(1/2)at2..........(ii)

From (i) and (ii),
a/2=5
a=10 m/s2

At the end of 7 s,
v=u+at
=0+10×7
=70 m/s
