The speed of the sound, distance traveled and the time taken relationship is given as follows.
Speedofsound=DistancetraveledTimetaken

From this equation the time taken is derived as

Timetaken=DistancetraveledSpeedofsound

That is, Timetaken=1650m330m/s,

given that the speed of sound is 330 m/s
= 5 seconds
Hence, the time when B will hear the sound after firing by A is 5 seconds.
