The correct option is C 50(3 - 1) m
Let AB be the tower, BC be the flag post and D be the observer's position.
Then DA=50 m, ADB=45o and ADC=60o

Now, tan45o = ABDA1=AB50 AB = 50 m.

And, tan60o = ACOAAC50=3 AC = 503 m

Height of the flag post =ACAB
=50350
=50(31)m

So, option C is correct.
