Let inlet pipes, A = 4 hours
B = 5 hours

outlet pipe, C = 20 hours

In 1 hour (A + B + C) can fill
$=\frac{1}{4}+\frac{1}{5}-\frac{1}{20}=\frac{8}{20}=\frac{2}{5}$

(A + B + C) together
$=\frac{5}{2}=2.5\text{hours}$
