The correct option is A 1.5
Applying Superposition principle
Output due to 2V, input signal is

V01=2(RR+R)(1+2RR)=3V

Output due to Vi is

V02=(2+sin100t)(RR+R)(1+2RR)=32(2+sin100t)

Overall output voltage, V0=V01+V02=3+3+32sin100t=32sin100tV

Hence, A=32=1.5
