3νc=3v4L2 ( In Ist overtone closed pipe )
By problem,
2νo=3νc
2ν2L1=3ν4L2
L1L2=43
Here L1=30+0.6×2×r and L2=23+0.6×r
( both have same diameter, radius will be same )
30+0.6×2×r23+0.6×r=43r=21.2
End correction is 0.6r=0.6×21.2=1cm.
