200 Hz


For both ends open, fundamental frequency

2λ14=lλ1=2l

v1=cλ1=c2l    (i)

For end closed the third harmonic

3λ24=lλ2=4l3

v2=cλ2=3c4l     (ii)

From question 

3c4l=100+c2l

c2l=200Hz.
